Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 76(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 76(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote no. 2003-05-01 House Journal Page 1249 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 76(FIN)?"
